Savvy Bodywork will provide a range of holistic bodywork techniques, from relaxation massage, to sports therapies, therapeutic deep tissue & private yoga.
CONTEXT
Planned studio opening inside Marathon Motor Works, a creative community of retail, business, entertainment & the historical Marathon Motor Works Museum.
MY ROLE
Fundamental brand development, logo, service business website, public signage, photography, content development, CRM and e-commerce, provider scheduling, business development consultation.
Businesses in the Marathon community are encouraged to represent themselves in visual consistency with the turn-of-the-century and early 20th century design stylings of the motor museum, or otherwise have been chosen because of their existing harmony with the aesthetic of the building.

The pinstriped machinery in the auto museum inspired the public signage I created for Savvy Bodywork.
I developed the logo and public signage with inspiration from interior of the building as displayed in the photos above, with specific inspiration from the pin-striping found on the auto-factory machinery in the museum (as seen in photo #2 above). Since one of Savvy’s two office locations inside the building did not face the main hallway, I chose a standing a-frame to place in the public hallway as a solution (seen mocked-up on the right)
I developed the responsive website and provided guidance on core messaging and organization of services and team pages.
I implemented a perfect solution for mobile booking & payments, and staff scheduling.

SUMMER 2023
